What is included in the Kscope registration? 

  • Is the room included?
  • What meals are included?
  • Can I bring my spouse to breakfast/lunch?

Your ODTUG Kscope18 includes access to all sessions and events that are part of the Kscope conference.  Hotel rooms and transportation are not included.  Breakfast and lunch are included Sunday through Wednesday and breakfast will be available on Thursday morning. Only full conference participants (indicated by conference badge type) will have access to meals. There will be a Welcome Reception on Sunday night, Happy Hours in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday, and the Special Event on Wednesday and all have food and drinks included.

Are spouses and/or children allowed in the Special Event/Happy Hours/Welcome Reception? How much is it to add a spouse to events?

All the evening activities are adults only events.  No children will be allowed. Spouses may attend the evening events if a ticket is purchased for them.  Prices for the Guest tickets will be:

  • $300 - Special Event Wednesday night – includes Welcome Reception (Sunday night)
  • $40 - Monday OR Tuesday Happy hour events

What is the dress code for the conference? What about the Special Event?

Business casual is the norm for the conference.  The Special Event venue includes some activities that have some clothing requirements such as: 

Andretti Indoor Karting And Games have the following requirements for anyone who want to race: Drivers must wear flat closed- toe shoes (no flip-flops or sandals) and preferably shorts or pants (skirts are not recommended). Long hair should be pulled back into a ponytail and tucked into your shirt. No hats of any kind. No loose or flowing clothing or scarves. These restrictions are put into place for your safety! Are there vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free etc., choices for food?

Yes.  When you are registering for ODTUG Kscope18 you will see a question about food choices and allergies.  We also ask the caterers to label every ingredient, so attendees can make informed food choices.

If it turns out I can’t go after I’ve registered and paid - can I transfer my registration to someone else? How do I do that?

Yes, a paid registration can be transferred to someone else in your organization.  Just email us with your name and email address and the name and email address of the person you’d like to transfer to at mailto:kgately@odtug.com and we will take care of that for you.

Can I buy a one-day pass?  Can I buy just an exhibit hall pass? (for non-exhibitor)

Sorry, we do not offer one-day passes or exhibit hall passes. 

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations received by March 16, 2018 are eligible for a full refund less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 17, 2018 and May 15, 2018 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will be issued via the payment method that was originally used to purchase the registration. Credit card refunds will only be issued to the credit card that was originally used to make the purchase. No refunds are given for cancellations received after May 15, 2018. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to registration@odtug.com.

Do I have to be an ODTUG member to register for Kscope?

Yes, membership in ODTUG is required for Kscope18 registration.  You can register here for only $99 per year to receive Member pricing – a $150 savings over Associate pricing! Or you can sign up for a free Associate membership here.

Can I earn CPE Credits at Kscope?

Yes, all BI and EPM sessions will be eligible for CPE credits.
