This is an opportunity to be part of an amazing community, become a mentor or a mentee, develop your own leadership and public speaking skills, learn, and share valuable advice with the rest of the ODTUG WIT community.

<<A word from Alecs on why WIT matters>>

“There are many incredibly talented women in the ODTUG technology world, and we need to hear from them more often! Women in tech can be agents of positive change by simply putting their stories in the spotlight. By engaging in candid conversations about their growth, lessons learned, and successes in their technology careers, they can pave the way for future generations of women in technology and give that much needed motivation boost to those who believe they are struggling to achieve more. Talent, dedication, and hard work yield better results when we are surrounded by a network of supportive individuals. Let’s become that network!”
